What do you want to know about Sosua and Puerto Plata? I will say if you don't speak spanish then head to Sosua if you speak some spanish head to Puerto Plata.

I will say that the internet is better in the sue because it's way more tourist focused. The Sue is also more expensive. The Sue also has more hoes per square inch than any place in the world.

I haven't been yet but In Central america Panama is best of digital nomads. In South America it's a toss up between Colombia and Brazil.


I'm not an IT guy myself but if you were a graphic designer you could adverstise in the Facebook expat groups and IG. then there's always Fiver and Upwork.

Simple book a flight, Get a Hotel near El Conde in Santo Domingo. Go to Paco's introduce yourself in all groups of dudes speaking english. You see chicks pass ask the homies if they know her. Call her over get her number invite her for drinks take her back to your room.

Look now take as much time as you need. I checked out Travel youtubers way before I even considered traveling myself.


I know a guy in Kuwait right now. I was tempted to hang my hat in Bahrain but the lack of a security clearance fukks me up. I don't want a job working for a local company. That being said it's pretty easy to get a job in Abu Dhabi as opposed to Dubai but you're super monitored there, Don't take an Iphone to the Gulf.

The hiring process depends on your field and the ability to get a working visa.

How the local Dominicans treat Haitians? @Wiseborn

On the surface they treat them Ok. I don't see huge discrimination. But I notice that any low paid job even Black Dominicans assume that the people doing those jobs are Haitians. I went to the beach with this Afro Dominican who assumed the people selling stuff on the beach where Haitian. The chick I was with was a maid (she wants to be a Teacher) I asked the people selling where they Haitian They said they were Dominican.

The point is he needs to do some self work and figure out why he keeps attracting people who keep playing him.

Homie clearly values non Black women. That dude is probably super hard on African women. There's no excuse son as been around expats and has plenty of experience, I noticed in his Cartegena Video he seems to speak conversational spanish so how he manages to be played in crazy to me.

The fact that I rarely saw him with Black women is also telling.

I left mainly because I lost my job and I either had to retrain for a new career or just retire. I choose retirement.


I rack my brain on going back, I can't do it there's no real incintive at best I'd like to get some kind of side hustle just to stay busy but going back to the rat race after living in perfect weather nah.

The white women are mainly in the hostels. Low key if you act like you're a local the white hoes would pay to fukk you. People talk about Brehs down here tricking but white folks trick heavy down here and always with the darkest person they can find.

I mean aren't white folk synomous with sex tourism since they had the money to travel compared to black people

I'm in the DR now Santo Domingo to be exact.

The passport hate is because Black men are literally building out here. Black Men own two of the nicest resorts in Sousa, they own the busggest restaurant in that town and the biggest one in puerto Plata. If this shyt keeps up there's gonna be a large productive class of Black ADOS men who basically bushed the Black US community. There's Brehs who literally just travel here who don't fukk with US women at all.

I know a breh who works in the movie business who has a GF down here that he's been for 16 years.

Whats the name of the resorts breh. Gonna check out DR next year so I want to spend some money with US brehs.

If you want to live overseas and get a job You should go to Africa. All those Help the Youngin's organizations have white people and a few locals they may "work" 4 hours a day 5 times a week helping out at Hospitals and schools and shyt. Usually you're out in the countryside but they usually put you up in a mansion (that you share with the other volunteers) and they give you a stipend so you can do some fun stuff and eat at decent restaurants.

Usually people go from working for an organization to heading it, to working for the local government in some capacity or asking for money from people in the west. Then they set up a business usually catering to western tourists.

Reminds me of this time I was in Lumley Beach, Sierra Leone. They've got a strip with nothing but white owned bars filled with cacs. I entered one and got the .... IN WEST AFRICA...
