Dudes wholw thing is but what about sex :mjlol:

The sexualized black man y'all
It's very disturbing to be honest.
on some real shyt this thread has really shocked me on so many levels. For dudes as long as they are getting p*ssy their quality of life is irrelevant.
Most white people will never say this shyt. There is something very wrong in the black community.

I've been saying this for a minute now. We got dudes worrying about their infant daughter's body count :what:

It's like p*ssy is the benchmark by which nikkas measure their lives. Even when nikkas get money it's still about how many bad bytches they can fukk and it's double points for fukking the next nikka bytch like the shyt is some type of life achievement:snoop:

Funny thing is, the same nikkas that will tell you to not put p*ssy on a pedestal will sacrifice their quality of life for a higher body count :pachaha:

Wherever whores go.....
No culture welcomes someone working a dead end and no plans to move out

Asian and Indian cultures do have people living together but best believe they are all going to move out when married. The oldest son stays around only because it becomes his responsibility to take care of his aging parents :usure:

Heaven on Earth
I see the thought proccess of a lot of cats in here is "Sometimes people strike out . So why would I ever bother playing baseball!?!?" :lupe:

If you never try, you can never fail... I get that there is a level of comfort to that.. But the mentality comes from fear and not some intelligent master plan to buck the system...

And here is the thing about "struggle".. If you live long enough it's inevitable.. So while you think you're completely avoiding it, what you're really doing is just kicking the can down the road..The struggle will still be there waiting for you when you're 43 leaving your parents funeral to put a electric bill in your name for the first time..You'll just have less tools to deal with it than someone else who's had a 20 year head start...

And lastly and probably most importantly... With women its different. But if you're a male over 30 that has never left the nest your mom thinks you're a fakkit.. She's not gonna say it to you because she loves you and cares about you..But best believe when she's with her friends and she talks about you its with a strong sense of shame..You're making HER look like a failure..No matter how many times she fixes you cheese grits, biscuits and turkey bacon with a smile, she secretly resents you...

i always have to :lolbron: at dudes here living in these shytty mcmansions where you can punch through an outside wall thinking they are balling. i am perfectly happy in my three-bedroom brick home built in 1942 in my safe city neighborhood. got my own whip, a good job, a good woman, and a good dog. i'm straight.

:manny:

As someone who knows a little something about house construction, unless your ass is the hulk you're not punching through an exterior wall breh :comeon:

Not to mention construction techniques have gotten better and construction codes have gotten tougher over the years. Plus in that 1942 home you're more than likely to have rot in the structure due to inproper flashing and the lack of using composite, rust/rot/mildew free materials.

nikkas like saying shyt like that to make themselves feel better about their house. If you love where you live, cool. No need to try to shyt on someone to big yourself up, friend

Think about it this way, what do you have to say to the brother who does this same thing at that same age, and then next year when he's 33 he's ready to(and does) buy a home, marry his long time girlfriend, and start his family- which, thanks to his planning, are things that happen all on his terms, with everything he wanted in place, already in place?
It is naïve to think that he did it this way because doing it the western world "American dream" route was too "hard" for him, and that it therefore makes him less of a man because he..what, essentially planned better than most of us?

There was this cac at my old job that did that. Lived at home until he was in his 30's I think. By the time he moved out, he bought his house cash, had 0 debt, his car paid off, and proposed to his GF, and have a shyt ton of bread in retirement.

Far as I'm concerned, he's winning :manny:

when the suburban mcmansions outside of city limits become the american ghettos in about 10-20 years we shall see who was correct, my friend. i am not questioning your home-building knowledge at all, just making an observation. of course i was being glib with the wall punching joke but i have also seen a lot of very, very. very poorly constructed new homes.

Breh, ghettos don't become ghetto's because of how the houses are constructed :mindblown:

For example Marcy Projects was built in 1949 out of brick construction, friend

i am not questioning your home-building knowledge at all, just making an observation.

Please tell me what observations you made that would lead you to believe the house wasn't constructed properly? Bad electrical or plumbing? Floor joists of the wrong size/length? Improper flashing? No vapor barrier on the exterior walls? No GFCI circuits in the bathroom outdoors? Or were the issues nothing more than a lack of maintenance on the homeowner? Enlighten me breh :comeon:

of course i was being glib with the wall punching joke but i have also seen a lot of very, very. very poorly constructed new homes.

Poorly built houses are that way because of the builders, not the year it was built :comeon:.

Go to any economically depressed area in your city and look at all of those fukked up looking houses. Guess what, they were all built in the 20s, 30s, and 40s :krs:

But I'm off topic. Like I said, if you like your house cool. But don't try to shyt on someone in a "McMansion." It's like when dudes see a breh in a Lexus IS 250 and immediately assume he's 32 and living at home with his moms :skip:

:manny: hey man i am no construction dude, i just have an eye for things built with shoddy materials and less than stellar craftsmanship and where i live most of the planned suburban communities outside the city limits were built using cheap materials from china and the houses fall apart very quickly. never once did i discount your knowledge about anything, i am merely referring to the current phenomenon of poor people being displaced to suburban communities in america and moving into cheap mcmansions that do not have access to grocery stores, public transit, etc. similar to what has happened in europe in the last 30-40 years. they will be the ghettos of the future as economic reality unfortunately sends people who can't live in cities to outlying areas to shytty houses that more well-to-do people built and purchased years before.

and of course old houses that someone does not take care of will fall apart regardless of when they were built but that is not what i am referring to. i think we have simply crossed streams.
