Like someone said before, Bruce's tank was on E when Bane got to him. That being said, Pete would beat the living dog shyt outta Bane.
why do people keep bringing up Batman and Bane? Batman fought bane after staying up like a week straight fighting villains and banes goons. Bane surprises Bruce at home half nekkid about to sleep in his library for the first time in days. That doesnāt count.
Also have to note, Bane wasnāt just a brute. He tactically weakened Batman and struct with precise timing at the perfect moment. Heād do the same to Spider-Man.

Pete don't lock his criminals up. He don't make sure they can't come back. Oct-Pete took over the Raft to ensure his ops can't come back. Goblin was only able to ruin Oct because Oct build a life with shyt to lose. Pete been a broke boy for most of his life and he's closest friends can toss cars. He left himself open.How is Peters problem his āmoralityā? Doc Ock was Spider-man for exactly one year and Green Goblin fukks his shyt up to the point he let Peter come back
Doc Ock got to be Spider-man on easy mode with a world Peter had already built and sold his stock because no you canāt be Spider-man without morality when their are villains who give less of shyt than you ever will no matter how tough you think you are.
Not to mention Doc Ocks entire premise for trying to be a better Spider-man was because he accessed Peters memories and realized a 16 year old was giving him the beats and couldāve murdered him at anytime
Batman doesn't have this same problem. His ops keep coming back because the police/feds keep letting them out.
It depends honestly. Batman writers tend to give that man anime levels of plot armour where he can tank or just outright beat celestial beings with little help.
If he's actually grounded to his "normal" self (a rich ass nikka that is trained in every form of combat that also happens to be at the apex of what a human being can accomplish physically), then he's dead in a matter of weeks.
Spiderman would probably be broken by the joker because he'd kill his family / loved ones. Outside of him, he'd be skraight.

Joker, Scarecrow and Calendar Man are the only Batman villains that would give Pete problems. Joker because he creates elaborate schemes that endanger the entire city. Once Pete deals with that, an actual fight with Joker would be a non issue. Scarecrow because being drugged with super LSD would suck for anyone but Pete's experience with Mysterio may help him with this. And Calendar Man because he's gonna pop up on the anniversary of Uncle Ben's death every year on that bullshyt.

The amount of disrespect he would get would emotionally damage Bruce. And I'm not even talking about from villains, I'm talking average citizens telling him to fukk off on the daily. Villains? shyt... Wake me up when Bruce can take on the Sinister Six single handedly. Let me know how long Bruce could rock with the Hulk because Pete could go toe to toe with the Hulk and hold his own for a good amount of time.
Bruce could hold his own as a street level hero and do ok (emotional abuse aside) but he don't want smoke with super powered villains.
