Spider-Man in gotham city they'll be locked up but they'll have already killed mary jane and aunt may, murder rate would be out of control, politicians would be laundering money and getting paid off, whole city would be out of control

One good theory about Batman is that he's so crazy that he subconsciously wants his villains to stick around and not be dealt with more permanently. Dude has plans to deal with the Justice League and can scale up to stronger stuff but still rolls around with the Penguin and the Mad Hatter.

Gloves off he packs them boys up with some difficulty. Spider-Man has the power to deal with the Bat villains but navigating Gotham and the more subtle stuff going on would be impossible without some changes.

And venom may be weak to fire and certain sounds, but batman still has to survive a fight long enough to take advantage
