It sounds like a situation where if/when a situation unfolds to where Bane gets an actual hold of Spidey, he's got to make it count. Anything less than a one-hitter quitter or a redo of Breaking the Bat is curtains for him.
But spiderman struggles with trained martial artist.

You can't compare villains to villains though. You have to compare how the standard power sets of Bruce and Peter go against each others villains. Peter is not out psyching a psychopath like Joker. Jokers strength is he has no depth to how far he'll fukk with Peter, and GENERALLY that's not Peter's MO. Bruce is a sociopath, so he's on the spectrum of crazy too which is why he can punch higher on the villain scorecard than a standard human should be able to.Green goblin would be the toughest for him to beat

Thing is, batman is not going to fight most of Spider-Man's villains hand to hand. He's coming in like a Delta force ninja with all the non-lethal firepower of a riot squad armed with elephant immobilizers. Most of Spider-Man's wouldn't even know when he's coming.

Physically Spidey should have an easier time, since most of Batman's villains tend to not have powers and just be crazy people.
