Blacks americans/ Black west indians have problems but they were minor. In jail the puerto ricans used to oppress the blacks (thus forming the ny bloods). When I went to school there used to black vs hispanic fights nearly everyday in my part of harlem.
The thing is you are connected with puerto ricans, your families intertwined with them. But you have to understand that other black people wont understand that relationship. Might be ignorant but to most blacks puerto ricans are just mexicans on the east coast.
