After reading a few pages on this thread, I wanna know, is it okay for NY (and other east coast dudes) blacks to call hispanics 'spics'? Are PR's and Mexicans and Cubans from up north okay with blacks calling them spics and wetbacks? If not...

However, if so called 'old-school' cats can throw around 'nikka' and 'monkey' with reckless abandon and they're supposedly 'down'...then I should be able to say spic, cac, cracker, kike, wetback, jap, faq(at least according to NYC dudes)...with reckless abandon.
