yeah?? his WHOLE career?
thats such an asinine statement you just made,
what do you consider his "second" album? tslp?
so you mean to tell me that he wasnt wakk on Infinite? but been garbage since he got famous?
:what:
Nope

We come from an era where demos don't count as albums and it wasn't out to the masses. Let alone he rehashed song ideas from it for his debut. So he has 2 retail albums worth listening to and the rest of his career is ass. If majority of your output is garbage then that's not a quality rapper. We can't just keep rating him based on what he can do when he isn't achieving that.

Eminem's problem is he had flashes of brilliance (stan, sing for the moment, the way i am etc) but most of his shyt is CABBAGE. Try to listen to his discography from start to finish if you think i'm exaggerating, it's 95% wack. I'm not one for these 'If so and so was insert race' theories because Em being white is intrinsic to him as an artist but I can't see a black artist being able to live off past glories this long.

Sounded like you were saying skill-wise he is the best. I disagree with that as well. He is among the elite skill wise, but better than Jay, Nas, and BIG? No. You also said his race was his only "flaw". That's crazy. His race is what gets him 10 million in sales and he has no classic albums. Flaw? It's his greatest asset.

Skill wise nobody you named again is better. Skill wise he lacks in no area of MCing while everyone else is below goat tier in one area or another skill wise. Jay is not a better mc than em lyrically he is not equal to em, renegade demonstrated this. nas may be but his flow is not equal to em's, big is not em's equally lyrically either and none of them going to out do Em in a freestyle or Cypher. Em content is trash because he is white and when he came out nobody was going to let him rap hood shyt and be taken as a serious artist. If he was black he would have done that. Stop talking about sales, go reread what I wrote originally you keep missing the point and going on rants about how you feel about Eminem. Idc bout none of that stick to my points if you want to engage me.

So in short he has been garbage his whole career but let's ignore this.

Cac had been carried by his lame fans too far too long. And to be honest he's been wack since the second album

cold blooded truth right there :wow:

third one wasn't that bad but I think where he really fukked up is when he started feeling himself too much and decided his beats were better than Dre's :camby:

if he keeps Dre as his main producer people wouldn't have been so quick to toss him in the bushes imo
Em's beats are horrifible :scust:

More black people listen to Paul Wall than Eminem, and he was down with Swishahouse...freestyle kings.
Eminem, on the other hand, lost to superior black rappers in freestyle battles...using writtens.
His albums had horrible production in retrospect and he was allowed to get away with murder subject matter wise...
He also ruined Busta's "i'll hurt you" remix.
Eminem was never culturally relevant in hip hop just musically. Paul Wall on the other hand was from the culture

There is a huge disconnect with Eminem and hip hop's black audience. Never heard him played in public at a black party ever

Nah. Jay-z is still listenable. 'Seen it all', 'We Made It' freestyle, 'Devil is a lie' all great and dropped. Kingdom come is trash and has more classic songs then Em has put out since 2003.
