Glad he’s gone.

I'll always root for black coaches in any sport, but ultimately the proof is in the pudding.

Flores went 3 years with no playoff appearancs (and yes Coli heads, I know he was inheriting crap - so did Sporano in 2008 in a tougher AFC East), churned and burned through Offensive Coordinators, had a very awkward OC situation last year, and had a bad relationship with a young 1st round quarterback.

That gets you fired as an NFL HC.

And you're right, you who watches this team week in and week out shouldn't be getting shouted down by posters who don't have as initmate a knowledge of the ball club you follow and are only reacting off of emotion due to shared skin color.

You have no way of saying that. Tyreke would’ve taken that same bag my guy.
Flores didn’t care about offense. They never would’ve used that money on an offensive player at WR. At qb possibly but no chance at wr. His offensive coordinator hires tell them story of how little he gave a fukk about that side of the ball.

yall do realize the Dolphins beat the Ravens when Flores was the coach last year and they actually dominated that game

Flores wasnt the GM and had no say so in what the front office does

if Flores had that type of power your QB would be Herbert instead of Tua

Bellichick isn’t an offensive coach either. He just hired coordinators and let them cook. He would sit there and review the plan but ultimately he let them rock. That’s the tree he came from. That formula isn’t a losing one in the NFL. Your winningest coaches are Bellichick and Tomlin. You don’t have to be great at both sides - most coaches have a focus.

It’s pretty well established that belli is a big part of the offensive planning for the pats

No it is not. You’re talking to a Patriots fan. I have no idea where you got that idea. Bellichick used to let Josh and Brady do their thing. He stopped being that involved when his coordinators started leaving. Brady even once commented before a Steelers game in 2011 how it was dope that he got to chop up the game plan with Bill because he doesn’t usually get to do that anymore. You think Bellichick went and made McDaniels not take the Colts job for no reason? You’re just wrong and off base on that. Josh and Brady made the game plans. Your head coach is usually going to be great at one side of the ball and then hire complimentary staff for the other side. Sean McVay isn’t out there working on defensive game plans.

And I’m biased towards Flores because I loved him as our defensive play caller. He made us aggressive and stopped that Patricia bend but ain’t break bullshyt.

I think I’ll take the word of a former player over yours

This nikka hired chan gailey in the 21st or 22nd or 20th century idk wtf century we in but all I know is chan gailey is old as shyt and aint changed his offensive scheme since Troy Aikman could remember his own phone number. Thats all you need to know bout Flores.
Dude wasn't a good HC. And he aint that black savior yall think he is.
Dude was content until he realized he was a nikka too and then owners aint wanna hire his ass.

What is the proof right now? A 2 game sample size? Miami is a talented ass team that was an offense away. I already said this is going to be a damn good team based on the defense he built if they just nail the offense. Son just made a premature post because of his dislike for this coach. I don’t name drop but I actually know players on the Dolphins roster and they all didn’t like when he got fired. It’s the NFL so they move on but those guys didn’t think he deserved it in the moment. I take their word over whatever a random Dolphins poster says.

I don’t care what you do my guy. You literally googled an article because you didn’t know what you were talking about. All Teddi said is they met with Bill which they do. And if he didn’t like the plan he would tell them to work it over. That seldom happened. He wasn’t drafting it. The fact that you don’t comprehend that is remarkable. Go tag all the Patriots fans in here and they would universally laugh at you for claiming Belli was intimately involved in the Patriots offense after Brady matured. He had too much to do with to prepare that trash ass defense post 2008. He was an overseer and nothing more. What you’re saying is so patently false that I can’t waste the keyboard arguing with you on it. It’s as obvious to anyone in New England who follows the team closely as saying 2 plus 2 equals 4. You don’t like Flores, idc that you don’t but being butthurt and calling everyone else blinded by race is offensive and low level. No comparable white coach got fired in those circumstances and that’s the only point anyone made. Nothing more or less. No one said he was the GOAT in the making or anything like that. You can follow the team week to week all you want but using 2 games as evidence isn’t saying much and makes you look like you have an agenda. As I’ve said before, I know guys in that locker room and they didn’t believe he deserved to be fired. That’s it.

They never nailed the offense with Flores as the HC. He could never settle on an OC, which also means he was incapable of hiring a good OC. And last I checked, the buck stops with the HC, regardless of which unit is holding the team back.

Also you're asking me for proof when you make the claim of having inside information but you yourself won't provide proof of this intimate knowledge that you speak of aside from saying that you "actually" know member of the Dolphins.

Why would I take your word at all? Make it make sense.
