To note: the latisimmus dorsi is the one largest muscle group in the body. If you take both quadraceps together, they make up the largest muscle pair group in the body. So if you really want to get big like Warren Sapp or Todd Heap, work on the legs and back. If you want to get raped in jail, only do curls and bench press.

I DONE CLEARD MY HEAD AN NOW I INDERSTAND THE QUESTION. I WOULD SAY DO ROWS AND DEADS A FEW DAYS APART FROM EACH OTHER. I DONT SPLIT BY UPPER LOWER I SPLIT BY PUSH PULL

There's nothing wrong with hitting heavy deadlifts for less than three reps.

The only part that sucks is having to put back all the weights.

I'm not a dikkhead, sohh I always rerack all my weights after I'm done.

I'd probably have people complaining to the gym staff, if I left heavy weights laying around.

Plus it's a liability, to individuals (presumably noobs) who don't know how to properly unload weight, one side at time, when using the power rack....

well stabilizing is actually an important part of benching. a solid base is important, the feet should be pressed into the floor at all times for maximum power through your glutes and calves.
