why would I want to potentially injure my back
fukk getting muscles on ya lower back I'd rather be able to walk when I'm 40.
deadlifts and having a strong lower back helps prevent back injuries when you are older.

By not having muscles on your lower back you are risking injuries with other exercises.

I don't lift heavy objects that require bending over.....ever.

Almost everything you do requires your core and your lower back to support breh.
But do you, alls I'm sayin is that there is a good reason why people do these exercises.
lol @ him saying he doesn't have any use for a strong lower back.
I dont like regular heavy deads. I just do lower weight Romanian deads for my hams. If I did them again it would be on some powerlifting shyt. <3 reps instead of the 405x6 I hit before I stopped.
Those people are Abercrombie & Fitch male model wanna-bes.IF SOMEBODY LISTS THE BIG LIFTS OUT AS: {BENCH, SQUATS, DEADS}.....AND THEY DON'T INCLUDE ROWS, DON'T LISTEN TO A DAMN THING ELSE THEY SAY ON THE SUBJECT. HOW DA fukk YOU GONNA NOT INCLUDE ROWS WHEN THEY WORK THE LARGEST MUSCLES IN YOUR UPPER BODY?
Do you sit up straight when you are in a seat or do you slouch? Do you have good posture?like what?
only lifts I do that even remotely involve my back are squats
I'm not bending my back often.
