I don't have much weight here at home. Benched 205 for 20 reps. Did high pulls with 205 yesterday for a few sets of 12. This morning my weight was 214 :damn: last time I weighed that was in 2011

Glad I'm goin to summer school.

Do you do hanging hi pulls or do you start from the floor on each rep? I want to start doing these.
