those are the type of people you see walking around with huge upper bodies and toothpick legs like johnny bravo or mr incredible. :pachaha:

i know its not because of my technique either. i got that down.

thats cuz deadlifts are scary. most people aint used to fealing any kind of preasure on lower back muscles..

first time i had lower back DOMS, i thought i was gonna be a cripple for life :heh: and then getting deadlift proper form is also a deterrent

I only max out on bench and curl for the sole purpose of that question. "How much do you bench?". I usually do flys for my chest and use dumbells for my triceps, biceps, and shoulders. They're overrated work outs IMO and there's so many other things you can do for your chest/arms.

fukk getting muscles on ya lower back :rudy: I'd rather be able to walk when I'm 40.

I don't know how much I curl. On heavy bicep days, I do underhand pull-ups. If I do barbell curls, I'll do low-weight high-rep super-sets so I'm not lifting heavy weight, usually between 20 to 60 lbs.

Bench, it's not been heavy since my shoulder surgery, but my delts are getting beefy from doing military barbell press.
