bro you left off a ton of great super hero games...

Comic book games alone would be like (no order)

X-men 2 clone wars

spider-man 2

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Captain America and the Avengers

Hulk ultimate destruction

Batman arkham asylum

Deadpool

The ultimate alliance and legends series

And truthfully the best super hero games have been the marvel games made by capcom. Companies still base character moves off what capcom created.

The game or movie? The game didn't get terrible reviews iirc. It's super underrated

You’re right it isn’t rated badly. I thought the scores would be worse.

What are you playing next?

Days Gone (yes, I know it was critically acclaimed but I want to give it a shot).

I may also hop on my emulator and play Metal Gear Solid 2 for ole times sakes.

I beat Xenoblade Chronicles earlier in the year, that game was piff (logged in 380 hours, over a 24 month period).

Broken image but a high 70s isn't terrible. Its less than 5 points away from ultimate destruction, spider-man 2 and has better reviews then the punisher game. All three considered some of the best superhero games before insomniacs game

Yea, I went back and uploaded the 2nd image, my bad.

All good bro! The demo and post launch reception is the only reason it popped on my radar. Decent, bloody/Gory combat that utilizes wolverines powers well. You get visible injuries during combat and can literally see yourself grow skin over a shotgun wound that put a hole in your stomach. Cool shyt.

if you enjoyed arkham city I can't recommend arkham knight enough, if you had the ability to stomach the mj and miles sections of spiderman i'm sure you'll be able to get past the batmobile sections

aside from those arkham knight is an improvement on city in basically every way, had a lot of fun playing that game and i generally dont do video games because they have a hard time capturing my attention so that means a lot from me

I put Arkham Asylum on my list.

I buy a ton of games (for my kids) but I can only beat about 3-4 per year.

As a consequence I’ve never played the other games you mentioned at all. Wish I could.

In the past say 2 and a half years I’ve played and beaten:

Breath of the Wild
Uncharted Collection
Super Mario Odyssey
Binding of Isaac
Evil Within 2
Spider-Man
Resident Evil 2
Residents Evil Biohazard
ShovelKnight
Castevania Symphony of the Night for PS1 (never played it when it came out)

I’m in my late 30s with kids, so a lot of great games fall through the cracks for me.

I prolly should have stated this in my first post, because I have not played many super hero games, but of the ones I have those were my top 5.

I need to cop evil within 2!

I was thinking about starting up SoTN too since I got it free recently. If I'm into metroidvanias but haven't played through a Castlevania game, do you think I'll enjoy it?

Days gone it's rated very high by users. Can't remember the last time critics hated a game but users loves a game...at least loved it like it was a 8.5/9 out of 10, which is how users are ranking days gone
