Don't drive the LX if you're not ready to buy it.

The GX is great too and just as bad on gas, might as well get the LX.


I've always admired them and watched youtubers rave about them, but never drove one.


Went test drove it, and I was sold. 10 years old, and reminds me of my Audi 8L and a new Tahoe I drove.

All Toyotas ain’t bulletproof. Those 07-2011 Camry’s burn oil like how I burn weed. You get worn valves, worn pistons, etc eventually. They notoriously had issue with engine sludge buildup up until like 20 years ago. My 2000 ES gets a lil sludgey and I change my oil with synthetic oil every 3k miles. It was just a design flaw. They got sued for the gas pedal sticking and had to recall thousands of vehicles like 10 years ago. So yeah it might be a Toyota but you gotta know what you’re getting in to and keep your vehicle maintained on schedule

That 4 cylinder Camry of that year had a special policy for replacing the rings and pistons at no charge to the customer.

In terms of your ES, Lexus was replacing short blocks in those cars for oil consumption issues.

I love this truck, i'm upgrading the infotainment center. It's a tank. Just go test drive one and you'll understand. I'm from Louisiana, we love trucks and SUVs. Especially the Land Cruisers. I plan on keeping this joint forever. To me it's a classic like that first Escalade, but way more reliable

I'm about to drop another 5k on it. I'm trying to have it paid off in a year and avoid the interest.

I could've gotten the newer 2016, but for twice the money with the same exact engine.
