When you clean your car, do you the leave the dirty shampoo on the car....or wash it off?
Yep. Been doing this for years once I learned it. What they teach in dental school shifts when corporate interests get involved.

Flouride is a poison.
My great grandmother used charcoal to brush her teeth and lived to be 90+ years old. I don’t think it’s a fad since people have been doing it since before I was born.
