Fluoride is horrible for us. Fluoride can lead to dental fluorosis or skeletal fluorosis, which can damage bones and joints.

Before that, I used a different brand that was fluoride free. But here’s my question, if Flouride is in our drinking water and toothpaste but is clearly labeled as poison on toothpaste, how much of it is safe in our bodies?

I’ve always been to someone who finishes brushing and within 10 minutes is eating or drinking

The brand I use specifically tells you not to rinse, leave it on because it continues cleaning for up to 20 mins or so. cats don't read instructions.
