I was in Alaska, Jackson, and Georgia with deployments mixed in of course.

Man even yall chow hall food was better. And a cheat code many didn't know was to go eat at the hospital lol.

Well I was Air Force so the setup was a bit diff, but I did some joint service things were Army was involved….like in Europe, army chicks be bout it lol

I use mouthwash after brushing

My dentist has been telling me this for at least 10 years

So basically...

1.) water rinse-->
2.) floss/waterpik-->
3.) water rinse again-->
4.) brush tongue-->
5.) water or mouthwash rinse-->
6.) brush teeth for 3 minutes and spit out the toothpaste -->
7.) wait at least 30 minutes and try not to swallow any remaining residual toothpaste --> 8.) Rinse mouth lightly before going to sleep (1 -2 swigs) or continuing your day.
