Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Correct.

On a whim, I decided to brush my teeth and wipe my mouth after finishing. Let the foam soak in my teeth for about a minute and then spit out the residuals (but never rinse with aqua).

What I noticed is that my teeth not only got whiter, my enamel was stronger/less sensitive.

Met a friend of my sisters that was a dentist last summer and she confirmed my notions.

As double protection, I also rinse my mouth prior to brushing with salt water and mouthwash.

So we get a trifecta of healthy teef and gums.

Try it for one month and tell me you don't feel like you got the best mouf game in the industry.

Yeah, I stopped doing that a few years ago. Feels better to rinse, but it doesn’t make sense to do it if you really think about it.

Before that, I used a different brand that was fluoride free. But here’s my question, if Flouride is in our drinking water and toothpaste but is clearly labeled as poison on toothpaste, how much of it is safe in our bodies?

I think I read that the charcoal is bad to use everyday
