The worst thing about having these Apathetic feelings is when you don't drink or do drugs to compensate. My only crutch is daydreaming and living in my head with scenarios of wish fulfillment. But that's makes it even worse because it gives a false sense of hope and when your awareness comes back to the present, everything is the same as it was.
A couple weeks ago, I just slept through the week, I even skipped some classes to go home early and nap.
