I have depression and anxiety but ever since last Wednesday ive bee n feeling amazing.
I think the combination of going back to the gym and getting some dome from wifey did something to me
But, idk your financial situation or or love life or anything like that but I had to take a step back and realize that I appreciate my life and everything I have.
You have to dig deep and find the source of your sadness.
And if you have depression like me then it is not a source but you have to figure out the trigger which causes you to feel depressed.
I wish there was more I could say or do but I am not sure exactly what your lifestyle is like and everything but if you want to talk I am here.
There will be literally days or weeks I would feel like I want to die every day but I have not felt that way in a while and I really think mentally you have to be strong and you have to exercise as much as you can because that really helps.
