I saw a YouTube short where Jay Cutler said he doesn’t even use barbell bench press anymore since it’s risky on your shoulders

He’s only doing dumbbell bench press now since you get better rom

I still do regular barbell bench but I’m stuck on 225 for 4-5 reps

Goal is to 10 reps but I probably need to bulk up

Gym going ass nikkas lose all common sense on the internet btw

“Well in my gym everyone bench 225” is the equivalent of a crack addict saying “well everyone I know smokes the pipe” :stopitslime:

It’s sampling bias. No shyt you only see strong ppl if you’re consistently in the gym

I only do incline so that when people ask me what I bench, I can tell them I don't know because I only do incline.
