External Rotator cuff is limiting you
I feel that crunch in my shoulder when I try doing military press within the past year and a half and a bit of pain. Can't go as heavy with that or shoulder presses either. I've known for a long time now that the shoulders are limiting me, can't find a good way to overcome it.

Side lying ex rotation with 3 pounds and 1/4 range of motion!

I can't bench 225, but I'm 5'8 150 and I don't hit the gym right now, so it is what it is.

I'm planning on working to have a super middleweight boxers build in the near future, so I'll probably get to 225 eventually.

If u can’t max out 1 rep 225 and u a “regular” in gym then u ain’t trying hard enough in the gym.

No if and butts about it..now if u a newbie thats cool..but if u go regularly then nawl. I’m not buying it.

I hear you and don’t disagree, but it doesn’t negate the fact that cats go to the gym for the vibes not the actual work itself. It doesn’t negate the fact that most women can’t pull up and do the same. Older adults who come regularly but play around or simply don’t have the motivation to do more than there 45 minutes and be out. They can go religiously and never achieve this feat

I think deadlift or maybe squat is a better determination of full body strength.

I have long ass arms and my best bench is 310. It's probably 230 or something now since I have lost weight due to kickboxing. Having a strong bench doesn't help you in combat sports that much but having full body strength is necessary

Okay well I can agree with that…

Like I was trying to say 225 on bench is a feat most men can do if they worked out at a moderate pace for 3-6 months.

225 bench
225 squat
315 deadlift
5 pull ups

All these are basic numbers u should be able to life if you 20-40 with no injuries and take your ass to the gym ever so often. If u can’t do these u literally in the gym just breathing.

10min mile should be good time for casual runners. I know for me 8min mile was where I had to push..10min mile pace ain’t that bad

The army used to be like 1630 for a minimum pass in 2 miles for under 30 or some shyt

7 min mile elite for a regular person IMO. Ain’t no casual runner runnjng a 7 min mile unless u just a natural. I would say it’s way more people benching 225 then got a 7 min mile..
