I don't understand. Why do people like cats so much?

my cat hops on the table sometimes and I hate it. it’s my grandpas fault, though. he lets him. when ever i see Bear on the table i scold him, move his ass off then clean the table.

Yeah he's a people cat normally headbutting and shyt but rub his stomach(
)and he'll pause, freak out looking around, then start clawinghe’s like that with all of us in the house but he likes it and wants them for a few seconds, purrring look all cute and shyt then he’ll do that thing where he kicks his feet up and kinda grips you like he’s catching prey.
we have a Maine c00n if that gives any background. my cat also LOVES the water, not many cats do but our breed does.

Cats don't view you as owner or even parent. They view you as equal or in their minds you're the child. And they never see you hunt. So they try to feed you. Cause you're too stupid to hunt
