Looks yummy:noah:. Hmm it's been awhile since I had festivals:birdman:.

I've actually never made them from scratch. Do you mind sharing your recipe?
I was going to make fried dumplings this morning but then I realized I barely had any baking powder:to:.

I subbed bread flour for all purpose and probably used more vanilla than the recipe calls for
not having baking powder is the worst :mjcry:

flatten it.. get some pin-sized holes throughout it, and cross-hatch it on a grill..

perfect for home & personal pies depending the size.. :ohlawd:

I had started trying to do videos at the request of friends and family on my facebook page, but its hard cooking and holding a camera phone. lol

I breaded some chicken wings in crunched up potato chips. :yeshrug:

I really wanted to use those doritos in the purple bag? those sweet spicy chili. Grocery store was out. In all honesty, they needed salt. For some plain ass wings, they look extravagant, though. Between chicken, fish, chips, corn chips and dorito joints, that's a million different quick and easy flavor combinations. lol

made another cheesecake for the girls at my job. Try to keep their spirits up, make them feel appreciated. lol

I know it looks identical to the other one, but I live around a bunch of closed minded people. No offense to them, it's just how it is. If I did something with even apples, they prolly wouldn't touch it.

made stuff for my mom and sister to take to work for lunch
I really wanted to do some finger food so I just did a few different things. My presentation is shytty as usual, I think I need to just bite the bullet and take a class on food presentation
I got to try puff pastry from scratch tho which was both stressful and fun! When I was "turning" the dough, the butter kept squirting out the ends and I thought that meant my turnovers were gonna turn out like bricks lol

freeze your butter ice hard and solid.

Grate it on there and put it right back in the freezer.

Turn/fold your pastry dough, take your froze butter and grate more on there.

Yaay, no more oozy butter. I picked the tip up while trying to replicate those layered flaky canned biscuits. :mjlol:

so I'm loving this sous vide joint. Just found out I can take stuff straight from the freezer and throw it in there without defrosting. Only thing it's missing is an off timer. Right now when you set the timer it just beeps to let you know it's time but it doesn't shut off. It'll just keep beeping and cooking
