somewhere between a pair of D cup tiddies
if i'm goin for a chunky salsa i'm slicing some cabbage up and maybe a fine diced radish or so.

the base is always tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, fresh squeezed lime and fresh jalapeno.
the kicker-cumin. that shyt throws a whole different dynamic to it.
last time i had habanero, california chiles and serranos all panfried.
people were hittin the fridge for that milk shot to ease the pain :ld:

Went a lil' ghetto with the recipes--ex. didn't have real parmesan cheese, so I rolled with the classic lil plastic joint--but; this is the most ambistious meal of my short adulthood.

I have the mesh bags they used when cooking the broth

but Ive never been able to make a good pho

cant get that broth taste right

You gotta cook it for a while (a day would be ideal) and make sure you have enough spices in there. Here's the base recipe that I use but I add garlic to mine and I adjust the amount of spices based on my taste (I add a bit more star anise, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves). I also use beef bones with marrow to go along with the oxtail.
