I have jetlag i tried to do tours today but i couldnt get out of bed.




the black and white pudding sounds like something with blood. whats in it? im scared.

Dinner yesterday - baked BBQ chicken (dry brined for 12 hrs, then marinated for 10, then cooked at 450 in a cast iron skillet, heat then reduced to 350 for slow cook :ohlawd:), kale & bacon mac n cheese (used mango fire cheddar :fire:), and fresh chopped salad :takedat:

I really need to buy a grill, but this was a good substitute

somebody teach me a good kale recipe.


i usually make it:

sauté it won't apple cider vinegar, and crushed red peppers..

you can add whatever veggies you like in(onions, garlic, etc)..

throw some Sriracha in that, for another 30sec toward the end.. :ohlawd:





y'all need a homemade BBQ sauce recipe, I got y'all too :mjpls:

i wanna know all recipes, salsa's, bbq's, whatever...
how long you sautee it tho, i'm guessin not very long before that shyt wilts...

depends how crispy you want it..

I do the whole process in about 5min, med-high..

BBQ sauce is pretty basic.. 1/4 mustard, 1/2 ketchup, few tblspns of brown sugar.. and, add what you like.. that's your "base", so take just mix that on med-low, and do your thing..

all sauces are pretty basic for the most part.. it's what you add to them is the kicker.. good luck, and keep us posted.. :myman:
