Y'all know any good recipe for Turkey stir fry? I know it's ground turkey, rice, and vegetables, but what are the best seasonings? Gone meal prep this next week, tired of chicken.

If youre doing ground chicken Id grate a lot of garlic and ginger and simmer it in some olive oil for a couple of minutes, then add the turkey, soy sauce and brown the meat.

Blanch and shock the vegetables then toss in the oil until they're done, add the meat back in and mix together

I dont use ground meat in stir frys but that will get you the flavors

Gonna try this tomorrow. You mix ground chicken with ground turkey? Never heard of that :ohhh: Only reason I wanted to try ground turkey is to switch it up from chicken

BTW thanks for the Chicken fajita recipe. Came out great:wow: Threw it on top of some cilantro lime rice I made with peppers on top. Ate good for 4 days

Nah I dont mix it up. Idk why I said ground chicken. Just a brain fart and mixed up the birds

Can’t ever get my fried rice right. I use day old rice but something I’m doing still isn’t right. Any tips,

Whats wrong with it; is the flavour not quite right?
Are you using MSG?
When cooking Chinese food; only use chinese ingredients. Dont put cajun seasoning in it and fukk it up.
I may need to try the butter with sesame oil. Not using MSG. My rice doesn’t come out flavorful.

There are a lot of ways to mess up the rice. Ive never heard of using butter tho.

Breaking up the left over rice so all the grains are separated before you throw it in is a key that some people skip. Also making sure your wok/ pan is hot enough.

Ive been making Korean style fried rice lately. They crack an egg in a bowl w a little bit of soy and mix it into the rice until it's all coated, then throw it in the pan. Makes for a softer, less oily fried rice. Bigger margin for error too
