Y'all got any good Salmon recipes? I been eating Baked Salmon for lunch the past few weeks and still ain't tired of it, but want to try new things. I usually use minced garlic, lime juice, s/p, and butter

Create a paste w equal parts Mayo and Dijon mustard. Rub it on top of the piece of salmon. Then toast some Panko crumbs in butter or olive oil w garlic powder and smoked paprika. Then sprinkle the panko on top of the Mayo/mustard paste and bake them until done.

Also make a marinade w soy, honey, grated ginger and garlic, lime zest and juice

Another good glaze is miso, brown sugar, oil soy. This one is better under the broiler so the glaze caramelizes

This has got to be the best YouTube channel right now. The food looks great, the scenery is stunning and the camerawork is perfect

:wow:

Its inspiring me to go out into the woods someplace and give outdoor cooking a go myself, it looks like a lot of fun. Plus I am told that cooking on stone instead of on iron or stainless steel gives a very different flavour to your food
