Havent been cooking a ton lately. Here's the turkey I made for thanksgiving. Also, tried to make Pizza for the first time. Went detroit style. It was ok, need a heavier pan I think. Gonna try next time in the cast iron

I love a roast potato crispy on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside.

Made some this weekend too. Glad to see you add orange zest to it. That’s the key to good apple sauce.

Of all the years I've made it, I've never added orange zest. TBH it did make it taste better than basic.
