well here is some baked chicken with rice and peas. I cooked the rice and peas in a rice cooker (life saver). next up you'll see some broccoli, sliced carrots, and sliced chocho. then the vegetables, fruits, and alkaline water.

If any of you guys need a new grill, check out Walmart. They have a ton of grills on clearance. They have a bunch of Weber's for 50% off. I got a brand new Akorn Komado Smoker for $139. The price at Lowe's and Home Depot is $350+. It's one of the best Kamado style grills that you can get outside of paying $1000 for the Big green egg.

How u do the base?:feedme:

Macros?:lupe:

just a head of cauliflower, steamed, drained and "squezeed" (to get all the water out, mixed with an egg some cheese and a seasoning for the crust.

bake for about 40 mins at 400 degrees or until golden brown.

the crust was 480 cals: 23 grams of fat, 43 carbs (21 grams of fiber tho :smugfarve:smile: and 34 grams of protien.

Im back, I know what im going to get one day. Its an electric grill/propane grill. What I need is an old electric stove I can keep outside or in my garage because I make this blackened steak and the only way to do is right is to basically burn the fukking house down, it gets filled with smoke and the spices in it make it hard on the lungs.....if i do it outside then no smoke to the house/dont have to open every window/turn off detectors etc.

anyway

I was bored as shyt and wanted something to cook so I hit the ol' youtube to try to find something to catch my eye. It took about a day and a half but I found this video. Not only is the chicken bomb ( i damn near ate it all plain) but the sauce is one of those that are pretty good when you eat itfresh, but when its time for left overs becomes straight piff. I had a portion covered the wok, chilled with my girl ended up watchin tv and shyt, then went back in the kitchen to put shyt away for the night and had a piece of chicken it was atleast 3x better than it was fresh. maybe the sauce thickened as it cooled and became more sour and more sweet. anyway i put the shyt up and this morning i smashed on the leftovers. im highjacking the chicken recipe for uses in other chickken recipes i dont know why but its piff.

somewhere between a pair of D cup tiddies
Steamed brocolli and set aside.
Boiled up some noodles.
Sautéed chopped onions and loads of garlic in some butter.
Added prawns and mushrooms until just barely done.
Added the brocolli and noodles to the pan to let it all marry.
Black pepper, cayenne and oregano then garnished with cilantro.
