It literally just happened to me in another thread, wtf is going on?

Anyway that steak is dope you get some good cuts and you want to baby them. Anything else fukk'em.

Last time I had a big hoe like that I seared the outside first then. Finished in the oven at 500 for like 4 mins a side steakhouse style it's too thick to dry out
