Jerk Beef Rib Sandwich- Recently I went to a smoke house where I didn't particularly enjoy my beef ribs. I brought it home and made something way better with it. I sliced the Rib thinly and pan-fried it in butter and mixed herbs. Placed between 2 slices of toasted brioche with some mayo and home made bbq sauce made by my cousin added salad and it was magic!

What type of fryer do you all use?

I fried in my wok. :yeshrug: If you're frying the only thing I'd recommend is a thermometer to check a steady temperature. Toss some cornstarch in your dry ingredients to get that crispy bite. :blessed:

basket sits up to allow oil to drip off, you can also lower the basket after closing the lid so no splashing

I might get this. I have a fry daddy but I never liked that it didn't have a basket.
