just heat it till smoking, turn off heat, add oil and spread with napkin and you're done,repeat after each use


best to do the oven method but this will do

just throw some olive oil on the entire thing after each use, so it doesnt rust..


never use liquid soap.. or, a metal scrubby to clean it..
