Yeah bruh, I'm thinking of leaning more on eating less and working out a lot more.
I know people say you lose weight easy because you're young (teens-early20s).
But when I was in the best shape of my life, I ate like complete shyt, but I was lean.
I only gained weight because I ate way more shyt and stopped working out thanks to a relationship.
So imma cut back on drinks with calories, eat better, but most importantly work out a lot more.
Can't say I can go cold turkey on fast food or sweet tea, but I'll lessen it a lot more.

Still try to limit the carbs tho breh. I got back on my low carb shyt recently and lost 5 lbs in a week just by doing that and some cardio/lifting at the gym.It can be, I bought some lean burgers that are only 170 calories a patty. Compare that to a fast food burger, shyt like 700+
