You think that's a diet breh?
Its a lesser evil, better than the fast food burgers lol

I've been trying to lose weight for over 2 years. Lost a lil then I gain it back.
It is so hard to eat healthy because all healthy food taste like shyt and gets so boring, I also tried counting calories, but it gets hard because good foods usually have high calories and are less filling.
Imma have to do either one of these two, but can't decide which one. I need something long term, and I honestly can't eat chicken and rice every single day forever, I also can't eat fast food all the time either.
This probably take 5 months to a year of doing this constantly to lose like 40-50 pounds.
Just wanted yall opinions.
How you doing OP?
Something weird happened and I gained like 10 pounds out of no where, but I was eating healthier and working out. Idk what happened, I don't think it was all muscle gain tbh.
Just got gym membership so I'm putting in more work and cleaned up my diet more, but idk if I'm gaining muscle or if I'm still eating too much.
I just came back from a trip and I knew I was gonna eat, but after this week I'm back on the grind.
Can't believe this was in August, wow time flies.
Thanks for bumping the thread, gotta keep this up.

Depending on ur body fat %, some muscle gains wont show. But muscles weigh more then fat by alot so it maybe muscle gains. If u eating right and working out, its impossible for that weight gain to come from fat. Keep it up brotha!

False. Weight is weight. 1 pound of feathers = 1 pound of bricks.
Muscle is more dense than fat. Essentially, one pound of muscle takes up less space than 1 pound of fat.
Perfect example is the one I used above. If you have 1 pound of bricks, that would likely be one brick, which can fit in your hand. Conversely, one pound of feather would probably fit in a small laundry bag, which you'd need two hands to hold. So when people lose say 25 lbs but replace that with 25 lbs of lean muscle, they in effect look smaller since the muscle takes up less space than fat.

Oh and I rarely snack. I just eat 3 meals a day.I don't 'diet'. I portion control.
I seldom drink alcohol.
I don't smoke.
I rarely drink fizzy pop (I have one can a day).
I have 1 take out dinner a week.
I take vitamin supplements.
I go to the gym.
I'm losing weight and gaining muscle.
