Black beans from a can so all I do is microwave them.

Sometimes I'll cook some chicken breast fillets(no more than 20 mins) get salads that contain all the greens I want (lettuce, tomatoes, spinach kale) buy some tortillas and make a wrap.
But hell you can buy precooked chicken breast too. But you save some money when you cook it yourself.
I don't use cheese but you can.
Sometimes I buy pre-cooked turkey meat balls.
Salmon burgers that take 15 minutes to fry
Sometimes I'll cook eggs on the stove with mushrooms and veggies, and microwave some turkey bacon.

I only drink water, unsweetened tea, and Sparkling Ice.
You don't have to be that extreme tho.
If you drink soda, try diet at first.
Try diet green tea
Could it be healthier?
Yes.
And with less sodium if I didn't buy precooked?
Yes.
But with my work schedule convenience is most important to me.
I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months.
Don't be afraid to use them spices either because most veggies don't have a taste and will blend in with whatever spice you're using.
Another key is
changing your mindset and do not be afraid to try new things.
I literally have no desire to eat the unhealthy foods I was a few months ago.
