How yall stay on a diet?

I try to put bbq sauce on it and hot sauce. shyt just gets boring to me after a while.

It's the fact I gotta eat this way to make it a lifestyle that bothers me.

Of course i could cook burgers n shyt, but people say that shyt has too much fat.

Maybe I should just cook foods I like instead of just eating chicken n rice.

Unfortunately. Regular Chicken Starts to Taste Like Rubber. Try Ground Chicken 93/7 .

Becareful on Low Carb. You will DEFINITELY lose weight but there is a chance you can lose muscle as well. Keep your protein High.

If he doesnt starve himself of all food (most people fukk up and think low carb means starving yourself) then he wont lose muscle. You can maintain meal portions but exchange the heavy carb items with low carb items.

Example if you usually eat a potatoe with your steak. Then exchange the potatoe with asparagus. You should still get mostly full and it was a way healthier meal. If you dont like greens like asparagus then the other option is if he usually gets a 8-10 oz steak to get a 12-14 oz steak.

He needs to up his protein on it. At worst he’ll maintain, at best he’ll actually gain muscle.

If you are real on it, eating grilled chicken + steak, etc + drinking protein shakes before you sleep

You should only cut off the fat in your body for the most part.

Ive done Keto. For me i feel as Keto is a tool to lose weight only. I know it sounds crazy but i believe it is hard af to gain a whole bunch of muscle and weight period doing Keto.

Calories in vs Calories out isnt the full truth

3000 calories of snickers doesn't equal 3000 calories of meats and veggies.

Enter in micro and macro nutrients with
I know youve also seen the experiments on reddit and the studies

To be honest it's very hard something's you will have will power to go cold turkey other things much harder

First I stopped eating out as a whole I was spending so much money I wasn't tracking plus a lot of menus are scams making meals cheaper than a separate item

A major thing is juice the amount of sugar in it is so much and it's impossible to drink just eight ounces to break that habit I brought a box of those sugar free drink powder tubes that's only ten calories and I allow myself only one a day in a water bottle, I also drink sparking water, and drink a gallon of water a day(seltzer water is trash it's also very hard to find ways to make water taste great day to day with fruit)

I increased the amount of green veggies, flax seed, and eggs

Also follow serving sizes like 29 Cheese it's is 150 calories 29 looks like a lot cut that in half that's 75 calories

You also have to set daily goals right now my goals is simple : drink a gallon of water, eat fruit, eat a bigger portion of veggies to meat, limit carbs, increase fiber, fast for 16 hours, take a cold shower 90 mins before bedtime,and take a nice shyt 15 mins before the shower

I eat a ton of horrible foods, from Pizza, to burgers. However, I also hit the gym all the time (1 hr max) and workout at home. I also watch my caloric intake. I have 2300 calories of shytty food per day. And I naturally deadlift 600lbs, curl 100lb and leg press max. Its all energy, however I do include potatoes, fruits and drink only water and ICE.

Currently doing whole30 which is basically a sa stricter paleo, results have been amazing so far i recommend

And when you cut what do you plan to eat?

Black beans from a can so all I do is microwave them.

Add whatever spices you like.

Pre-cooked turkey patties so again, all I gotta do is microwave them.

Sometimes I'll cook some chicken breast fillets(no more than 20 mins) get salads that contain all the greens I want (lettuce, tomatoes, spinach kale) buy some tortillas and make a wrap.

But hell you can buy precooked chicken breast too. But you save some money when you cook it yourself.

I don't use cheese but you can.

Sometimes I buy pre-cooked turkey meat balls.

Salmon burgers that take 15 minutes to fry

Sometimes I'll cook eggs on the stove with mushrooms and veggies, and microwave some turkey bacon.

I love peanuts :dame:

Cashews
Sunflower kernels

I like peanut butter too.
Apples with peanut butter and honey :ohlawd:

I only drink water, unsweetened tea, and Sparkling Ice.

You don't have to be that extreme tho.
If you drink soda, try diet at first.
Try diet green tea


Could it be healthier?
Yes.

And with less sodium if I didn't buy precooked?
Yes.

But with my work schedule convenience is most important to me.

I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months.

Don't be afraid to use them spices either because most veggies don't have a taste and will blend in with whatever spice you're using.

Another key is changing your mindset and do not be afraid to try new things.

I literally have no desire to eat the unhealthy foods I was a few months ago.
