Are City police there are as strict as outter sourrounding parishes (I guess they call it "county"s out there? ).
Here in n.o the Orleans parish cops are kinda relaxed but if you they'll slam your ass quick like 10 miles out of Orleans parish like west wigo or Jefferson parish police.
I knew a retired cop out there that said they "tighten up" a nikka for hours in the police station for punching a female cop then drove him to a hospital.. the last man who shot a Jefferson parish cop lost an eye

Gwinnett is a bit cleaner than then Cobb but I haven't in uber white places like west and extreme north cobb, I just saw Marietta for the first time recently, it looked like a big ass Conyers to me, I couldn't believe the hype. Kennesaw is way better than Buford/Lawrence even though they have bigger malls

Kennesaw is very clean. cops stay patrolling and setting up speed traps everywhere because of the university. Nothing but Mexicans and Asians in Buford. Really the only hood parts in Cobb are in Marietta and the Mexican or black areas of Smyrna

there are unincorporated parts of Atlanta as well. You can have an Atlanta address and still not be in the city of Atlanta. There are no grey areas back home (PG County). You either from DC or you from MD. You can't claim DC and be from Oxon Hill or Capitol Heights even tho it's literally a block way. Seems like down here you could live in Decatur and claim Zone 6 which is crazy to me. That's like a Oxon Hill nikka saying he's from Ward 8.
