the four big counties of "atlanta" have always been Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, and Gwinett, After Dekalb and Fulton, I consider Cobb the first suburb. Are City police there are as strict as outter sourrounding parishes (I guess they call it "county"s out there? ).

Here in n.o the Orleans parish cops are kinda relaxed but if you they'll slam your ass quick like 10 miles out of Orleans parish like west wigo or Jefferson parish police.
I knew a retired cop out there that said they "tighten up" a nikka for hours in the police station for punching a female cop then drove him to a hospital.. the last man who shot a Jefferson parish cop lost an eye
