My secrets for a good bulk not much fat too. Is eat 5 times a day

6am breakfast: banana, three boiled eggs and turkey bacon

9am Protein Shake there are three types of protein I drink the heavy one first.

12 lunch: peanut and jelly with second protien shake

3pm snack: mixed nuts or beefy jerky with a apple or orange

5pm dinner: one meat I only chicken beast or Salmon with brown rice and some type of veggie

8pm snack: I eat like a fiber one bar or granola bar with third protein shake which is the lowest one whey

Pre work: vita-pack with a mixed creatine and amino drink

After workout: same mixed creatine and amino drink

Drink 8-12 cups of water a day

And challenge Yourself everyday to get better you should workout five a week six if you want to do cardio for atleast an hour targetting a different body part with slow increase in weight while maintaining proper form to prevent injury.

Last never eat past 9pm
By not eating after 9pm you don't get hungry as fukk? If i don't eat by 10-11 my stomach in talkin by 12 & when I wake up in the morning...:wow: them hunger pains

Old body building trick your body time to digest I work out at 430am so I go to sleep early on weekdays I try to get atleast 8 hours

If this is your first couple times doing arms and you did a lot of sets, then yes. It gets better.

ya pal... I bet you've never lifted a day in your life if you made a statement like this. Anyone can emphasize with this situation that is a regular lifter whenever we're trying to limit our 1.5 hours in the gym, and are instead bossed around by some out of shape older lady that will never look good because she will never have a winner mind-set and will always carry that "babby fat" she claims she has. I've seen your kind around the gym a time or two... You get on the treadmill at 2.5 mph for 20-30 min, pretend like you're working out, but are really just staring at the 14 yr old high school girls in front of you, in which case you'll fap when you get home to your miserable life with your out of shape hog of a wife who will reject your advances on her later in the evening. Yea... I've seen your type a thousand times. Ambition is your goal, but phaggy time is your soul. Try walking a mile in my footsteps when you squat until you puke, and then come at me bro... All talk and never anyway to back it up, my 72 year old grandmother is like that. Do us all a favor and grow up and learn your place at the gym.





foreal though, it'll take a few months maybe more depending on your genetics and how much effort you put into your diet and sleep schedule. Diet and sleep is the most important part imo @Emperor_ReinScarf

I usually curb my hunger by drinking a lot a water and/or tea...shyt is rough because I like food but it works for me.
