Lol why not?

Heard it's not healthy. Plus it sends mi straight to bathroom depending on what kind of formula it is. I've always make my pre workout meal before and after my workouts. I rather eat natural foods than taking supplements. But if I need to become more stronger and hit my max then I have no choice but to drink it.

Creatine monohydrate is fine; our body makes it (very little) and you get a bit from beef. It just volumizes the water in your muscles, but you MUST drink at least a gallon of water, or you get bloats and cramps. Don't need to cycle off of it either which is nice. I found a 2 year expired tub in the pantry I figured was fine :mjlol: but its so broken down its been sending me to the bathroom so I just ordered another kilo. cheap as hell too

I see. I'll use it again, but a different formula with lactaid milk (:pachaha:)

Body fortress whey protein should be good for mi since it's cheap (20-30) bucks, and they have different flavors as well. :whoo:

Plus I'm going to drink plenty of water as well.

I got sick of being :flabbynsick: this past year, and on feb 1 i started going to the gym on a m.w.f schedule after work. I weighed 237pounds n now down to 200.

I think i was benching about 150 or so when i first started.
This past monday I was finally able to bench 225. So it took about 11 months. Feels good man

Now i just gotta keep working so i can lift this heavy shyt multiple times :mjcry:

:salute: to all yall who are out there puttin in work. I wish i didn't wait until i was 30 but everything happens for a reason.

I always did a mad amount of pushups for w/e reason so once I started really lifted I think I hit 225 in like 6 months maybe?

I got up to 260 once but I don't think ill ever get 315 since I only weigh like 125-130. I'd have to gain like 20 pounds of muscle realistically to pull off 315 and meh, don't feel like doing that just to say I did it when i can focus on looking better instead of just "bigger"

It took me two years to get to 225. When I started lifting, I couldn't lift 135.

:mjlol:

I'm benching 245 now and I weigh 158.

I just started lifting June of last year after not lifting a weight in 10 years and could barely lift 135. Last month I was able to lift 225 for two reps. Im 6'6'' 220.
