started with 115 , I was a lil nikka 225 in two years(8reps) im at 275 now (3-5reps) been stuck here for like a year.

Took several years to get 225. Lack of a plan and discipline to blame. 315 came about 2 years after 225. Haven't made it to 405 probably never will
Took me several years to get up to 215 (8-10 reps)... Trying to max out at 300... Any advice?

If everything is optimal 224 for 4-5 reps, not sure on a one rep max

Lol nah once I got past 12 reps on 225 I started doin sets of 8-10 with 255U can do 315, u hit 225 for like 20 reps
Took me a long ass time to feel comfy with 225. Bout 3 years of serious lifting. But I could have got there quicker if I had a better plan + form. Once I started to pin my shoulder blades and arch my back my bench started to go up.
fukk all that tho, I just want big arms and a V
