Long post but read if you on the fence on taking legs serious
Maaaaan taking legs training seriously completely changed my life for real. I understand why nikkas hate doing it because that shyt aint easy and it separates the boys from men but eventually you get used to and it becomes literally one of your favorite excercise to do.
If you not training legs seriously you lost I gotta be honest, If you know me you know i keep it real.
Again this is from a dude who would hit them maybe once a week to just stay proportionate. What brehs don't realize is, apart from not look like an upside down triangle thats where most of your power/strength comes from. They say training legs will make your whole body grow and when i wasn't hitting them as frequent i thought it was complete bullshyt because naturally my family are naturally quite athletic built people.
My dad is 65 dont hit gym often and he looks 45 max physically. Big arms, chest but the beer gut and gray hair give it away. So naturally my upper body grows quick. So i thought that whole "train you legs to get bigger" was nonsense
Fast forward years down the line I started taking it seriously and brehs there aint nothing like it. Without fail after a heavy squat session ya boy just feels invincible like nobody in this world can tell me shyt. I just don't give a fukk.
Im on some cloud nine shyt and this effect just carries on for the whole day. After a whie I noticed even when i wasn't hitting upperbody my bench, rows, arms everything got maaad strong
all the testosterone and growth hormones released were still making my upper grow cause there was a point where i had just plateaued and was just stagnant. Frequent leg training bust down Barrier on God.
Next, when you train legs you're basically an unmovable object
(think Zion and lebron) because your base is so strong. You see some nikkas that who have developed upper bodies but one little leg kick would have them flying or hell just a nudge will throw them off balance. Its beccause they got bambi legs and they weak as fukk.
I dead ass think partly why wilder got dominated because my man had sparrow legs. Talm bout his 40 pound costume was what made him lose his legs
Finally (this will probably be what motivates most of you skip leg day nikkas to take leg training seriously). Women.
Yea they like arms and chest but im telling you right now, they LOVE when a breh has developed quads and especially glutes (pause).
Not only that but if you wanna fukk these hoes on some vang rhames baby boy shyt you NEED strong legs and back, especially for the thick ones.
There aint no chick that i cant ragdoll sexually and let me tell you, they love it
Before being serious with the shyt a nikka would be battling with them extra voluptuous hoes but now aint no struggle bih
You fools can continue neglecting legs thats you on. This a board where we pass on info and grow. Me personally i like learning and passing on my positive experiences. nikkas can take heed to this advice or not, I done my part
