Funniest thing is cats claiming well done is 'cooked propeely and all the way through' when any first day culinarg student will tell you that red mest only needs to hit something lime 140 degrees before its its cooked through and perfectly safe to eat. Real talk pork chops can (and should) also be eaten at about medium to medium well. They should be slightly pink in the middle. We grew up esting grey pork chops and brown steaks but that dont mean its the best way to have them.
