oh fasho , especially when i get it done perfectly at home . I be mad af if my ribeye or ny strip came out well done , waste of $

NOTHING is worse than when my ribeye comes out like garbage.

I don't usually go to any high end restaurants, but I took some co-workers to one last year a few times, and this ribeye was about $80 or some shyt, good perfectly, but it had absolutely no flavor. One of those places where a side costs you $15.:mjlol:.


I'd rather just some good ole' American BBQ.:ohlawd:.

I must admit, I have irrational hate for sous vide.
Like I just don't understand it.

I did too, until my lady got me one as a gift.

I'm not one of those people that insists that you cook everything sous vide, but when it hits, it HITS. I'd keep the thing around just for making steak alone. Haven't overcooked a single steak, and the herb pack I put together for it is amazing. Flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly every single time.

This topic is always end up in arguments, its a form of class warfare. Its a dog whistle for calling people poor or uncultured if they eat well done
And Idk why because Trump prefers well done steaks and nobody is gonna say he knows the struggle so what’s their excuse for liking uncooked meat? I feel like they want to emulate white peoples taste to seem superior

Tbh I've only had medium well and well done. Not much of a steak guy. But I'm not opposed to trying medium rare tho. :ehh:

I had to learn the proper way to get a steak right.

That joint be lookin so good, I done finished eatin 25% of it before i get it from the cutting board to the plate

Hope you letting it rest for a few minutes before that first cut so the juices finish spreading out :ufdup: that's the only bad part, that wating game after getting the kitchen smelling good, looking at your masterpiece like

Treated myself to a 2 pound bone in ribeye for dinner. Didn't feel like going across town to the butcher, got the best thing Whole Foods had. Looks amazing. About to cook this up and get busy:banderas:
