i don't know about downtown honestly, its a lot of loft type properties and buildings all throughout downtown
they probably a lot of money to buy tho

its not as fukked up as you think in the prime areas honestly a lot of shyt is already in motion. you gone have to hit the hotspot residentials imo for a real come up

midtown
new center area
boston edison area
indian village
corktown/southwest

Yeah thats one of my first questions with every property I have checked so far. Many do say no back taxes

I saw a place out in Corktown and then researched...someone got murdered out there in April

All the other ones near downtown looks like I might have to watch my step or else I might interrupt a dice game
