hit campus martius around lunch time.... I work down there- it's a good picture of what's on.

you call it negativity i call it save your enemy and use it for something more useful. how many ppl will it take to tell you detroit cannot be saved? detroit needs help from the top down. not down up. if it takes "international investors" to "save it" it should tell you something that the locals cannot see it being saved. this mess didn't happen overnight.

some while im at work, some im over my lil homegirl crib i couldnt show her house tho but her shyt plush she rent it from some private owners
i would take a picture of my crib and my hood but:
my house nice as fukk historic and remodeled to look modern but i dont know who lurking. just know its some nice shyt around depending on who you go to. plus my neighborhood aint too crazy no more like it used to be alot of bum nikkas movin out going to jail etc

but the houses in these pcitures i would say you prolly could get one for 30-40k but honestly idk im not an appraiser
this how detroit historic houses look, they beautiful
for a house like this to make sense it HAS TO be broken down into apartments. renters. it can't remain a full house cause the utilities would be too high. a house like that heating costs dec-march would be about $600-800/month for a family. and to be realistic there just isnt ppl doing it that big there. YOU might be doing well but most ppl aren't. even if you get lucky to rent a house like that to someone it's not guaranteed they'll be there for too long. so the whole project is a waste of time. add maintenance etc...

i even have a friend who OWNED A BAR and sold it on land contract and the owner now isn't even paying. she can't do anything because she's out of state and the legal sh1t will just take too much time and too long. (they were supposedly friends
). she's doing WAY better out in michigan to even give a fuq about the BAR.
