Avoid 48204, 48205, and 48207 right now and buy as close to downtown or wherever you can grab info as to what big investor bought nearby. By the end of next month I will know more about Detroit than some people who lived there for 5+ years.

I know you have steady cash flow and are one of the few in here that can drop at least 10K out there. I will be making a post for all to possibly eat in a couple of weeks with hundreds of pictures.

I'm very interested in this. Please keep my posted. I'm interested in properties as close to downtown Detroit as possible or near woodward avenue

Thanks breh. I can't afford to rock with nyc multi family homes yet. I'm trying to buy a starter condo that I plan on keeping (even if I have to rent it out down the road). I'd like to go from there.

Buying uber cheap property for a return down the line intrigues me. Perhaps even renting it out. I am looking for more streams of income.

This is my type of information. I was just talking about this with my s/o. He said that it wasn't a good idea, I had to breakdown gentrification and the long term benefits... He still has his doubts. But I'm getting in on this.
