for a house like this to make sense it HAS TO be broken down into apartments. renters. it can't remain a full house cause the utilities would be too high. a house like that heating costs dec-march would be about $600-800/month for a family. and to be realistic there just isnt ppl doing it that big there. YOU might be doing well but most ppl aren't. even if you get lucky to rent a house like that to someone it's not guaranteed they'll be there for too long. so the whole project is a waste of time. add maintenance etc...
i even have a friend who OWNED A BAR and sold it on land contract and the owner now isn't even paying. she can't do anything because she's out of state and the legal sh1t will just take too much time and too long. (they were supposedly friends). she's doing WAY better out in michigan to even give a fuq about the BAR.

don't know if you can get anything around 48208.. or around 48201 or all in between... but if u can its gold... it's were my properties are. There is a nice one I can get, but someone I know owns it and I would have to be demonic to take it over and take advantage of the person who's parents passed it to her.... shyt I might,
