Vents are limited as it is. Vaccinated people will get priority for the vents because they're more likely to pull through (if they are unfortunate enough to need one despite the vaccine)

We already don't like putting elderly on vents, choosing between a vaxxed and unvaxxed idiot the decision is simple.
